MistCode provides AI-powered lead generation and marketing automation services designed to help businesses identify, qualify, and engage with potential customers across multiple channels including email, social media, and phone outreach.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are billed on a per-qualified-lead basis as outlined in our pricing structure. Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance, and we will work to minimize any service disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MistCode services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MistCode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MistCode's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to services will be discontinued
• Data will be securely deleted according to our retention policy
• Confidentiality obligations will survive termination

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
